We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Some items — such as perishable or personal-care goods — cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and next steps within one business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within a few business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
